In the mountainside, the warm season is synonym of fresh air, walks and hikes. The tracks available at the Matterhorn Valley are for everyone: from the easier paths, to the harder tracks. LA BRICOLE RESTAURANT
Restaurant La Bricole is here to satisfy your need for “creative cuisine”, during the summer and winter, for lunch and dinner. You will see that Richard and Buby have taken care of every single detail in this lodge. It is easy to get to by skis, car or on foot. This restaurant is opened all year round and offers a Snack Bar ideal for quick breakfasts and lunches of gourmet hamburgers and delicious plates. The menu offers sophisticated dishes, such as pata negra and Angus steak, fresh fish or wagyu beef. All which you may enjoy in front of a heater or the large terrace that overlooks the Breuil valley. BAR – RESTAURANT – SELF SERVICE CIME BIANCHE LAGHI
If you happen to pass between Plain Maison and Plateau Rosà and want a sweet break under the sun and overlooking the entire valley, look to “Cime Bianche Laghi”. Smiles and good moods are the delicious plates’ main ingredients. This restaurant is located at a 2810m height. You can, not only, get to it by skiing down or hiking up the Ventina, depending on the season, but also by using the convenient cableways which bring you directly to the entrance. The locale is opened all year long. The menu varies depending on the season but one thing stays the same: the traditional Aosta Valley dishes accompanied by delicious sandwiches and homemade cakes and pies.

ECO-SUSTAINABLE AGRITOURISM “LA PERA DOUSSA”
If you are passionate about eco-infrastructures which use renewable energies, such as hydroelectric energies and wood chip fired heating systems, La Pera Doussa agritourism is just for you. Here, at the Gaspard family, you may enjoy traditional lunches and dinners prepared with the “0 km” philosophy. Products are harvested locally. La Pera Doussa also has 7 wooden rooms, designed with a typical Aosta Valley style, and a flat among the mountain pasture, where one can sleep immersed in nature and can wake up to birds singing. This agritourism is located in a strategic spot for those who love outdoor activities: during the winter, people can get to it directly from the ski slopes. Starting here many paths begin for daily or nightly walks (with snowshoes). During the summer, you can choose to go to the nearby Loz Lake for a picnic on the grass, or pass through kilometers of tracks, all the way to the mountain pastures. You also may choose to go on foot or by horse, available at the agritourism ranch. Have you though about a bike excursion? La Pera Doussa offers an assisted-peddled bike excursion, wonderful physical activity to combine with your relaxation.

TEODULO LODGE
A lodge located at a 3317m height. This lodge is perfect for those who love heights and a familiar and welcoming environment. The new Lucio Trucco management has brought originality to the mountainside, this you can see in the restaurant area: at the sides of the largest panoramic window of Europe, with Matterhorn and Grandes Murailles view, are located the two relaxation areas with sofas and puffs. The innovative menu offers a researched selection of dishes: these explore the Aosta Valley traditional plates without forgetting the french, swiss and Piedmont cuisine. The Rifugio Teodulo is opened all year long. You can get to the lodge by skis during the winter, skiing from the Plain Maison to Bonatini, and on foot during the summer, walking the track 6. There are 80 reservable beds here if you want to have a unique experience. From here you can start your mountain excursions towards Monte Rosa, the Castore, the Polluce, the Breithon and many more. The lodge also organizes themed soirées, parties, birthday parties, anniversaries (breakfast and dinner included only), and night ski descents during the full moon after a delicious supper.

RESTAURANT – BAR LES SKIEURS D’ANTAN

It’s characterizing position represents an important aspect for this restaurant. It directly overlooks the Matterhorn but it is extremely easy to get to. It is located a few meters away from the wide parkinglot of Les Skieurs d’Antan’s cableways.
